“It was a huge honor for me to accept the Connie award on behalf of the Journal of Commerce team and S&P Global. Thank you again to the board of the Containerization & Intermodal Institute and congratulations to Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and good friend George Goldman.


























As I told the audience in Long Beach, I have the most respect for those in this industry who go on the record with their views, and over many years George has done exactly that, sharing his honest perspectives in countless articles and panels that get picked up by the JOC and other media.


I also said nothing I have done is possible without the support of the incredible JOC team who I have the honor and privilege of working with every day. As I said, our highest calling is earning and keeping your trust- trust that we're committed to accuracy and being unbiased and uncompromised throughout our written editorial and conference programs like TPM.
