Some tips 

- The previous season was a record for Argentina, although it was hurt by the oversupply of Chilean fruit

- This season they could reach between 8-12% growth

- Production starts on October 20 in Mendoza and Chimpay, then Río Negro and Neuquén where a large part of the production is concentrated.

- Argentina is the second largest exporter of cherries in South America, but still far from the Chilean volume (80 times lower). The country has land, water, climate and know-how conditions to achieve better results, what they do not have is the joint work between the private and public sectors. 

- The main destination for Argentine cherries is the US with 30%, followed by China with 28%.

- They are very slowed down by the lack of a foreign trade policy that allows them to expand new destination markets.

- La termporada anterior fue record para Argentina, aunque se vió perjudicada por la sobreoferta de fruta chilena

- Esta temporada podrian alcanzar entre un 8-12% de crecimiento

- La producion arranca el 20 de octubre en Mendoza y Chimpay, luego Rio Negro y Neuquén donde se concentra gran parte de la producción.

- Argentina es el segundo exportador de cerezas de sudamerica, pero muy lejos aun del volumen chileno (80 veces menor). El pais tiene condiciones de tierra, agua, clima y know how para lograr mejores resultados, lo que no tienen es el trabajo en conjunto entre sector privado-público. 

- El principal destino de las cerezas argentinas es EEUU con un 30%, le sigue China con un 28%.

- Estan muy frenados por la falta de una política de comercio exterior que les permita expandir nuevos mercados de destino
